Returns & Exchanges

Tush & Bush accepts returns and exchanges of all unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery except for final sale items which are unreturnable. 

​Underwear must be tried on over an existing pair. Tush & Bush will deny refunds if merchandise returned does not meet return policy requirements; unworn, unwashed and within 30 days of delivery. 

Returns will be processed within 7 days of being received. You will be refunded the full amount of returned item/s including sales tax, not including shipping costs. Please note, it can take up to a week for your account to receive the funds. 

Please include a note with your order number and what you are returning so that we can refund you!

To make an exchange please ship the item/s with a note that includes your order number and desired exchange. We cannot guarantee that what you want will be in stock, if this if the case we will contact you via email with alternative choices.

All exchanges are charged shipping – you will be sent a payment request when your exchange is ready to ship.

If for some reason you receive a flawed or incorrect item, please email us within 14 days of delivery with details of the issue, and your order number. If the faulty is due to a manufacturing error we will replace these items at no charge and include a return shipping label in the replacement package to return the incorrect or flawed item.
